Carl Arakawa is currently employed with First California Mortgage and has 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He has helped  many families purchase or refinance homes in the Southern California and in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also managed and trained loan officers. He has worked for great companies such as Milestone Mortgage, Crestwood Mortgage, Great Western Bank, Weyerhauser Mortgage and Plaza Home Mortgage.

Carl is a United States Air Force veteran. He was microwave communications technican in the Air Force. When he returned to civilian work, he worked for Pacific Stereo, Sound Chamber, Panasonic and TRW.  At TRW, he began as a electronics technician and worked his way up to become a manager.

Carl has always recognized the importance working with a technology mortgage company. First California Mortgage is a leader in technology, marketing, mortgage products including Homepath, Reverse Mortgage, FHA, VA and Commercial.
